A FURTHER cloud has been cast over the troubled defence and aircraft manufacturing industry.

Nicholas Heymann, an analyst at NatWest Securities in the US has cut his two-year earnings forecasts for Boeing, the world's biggest aerospace company.

He estimates the company's 1993 military sales will drop by dollars 1bn.
