Bombardier presents Fokker plan

Bombardier, the aircraft maker that owns Belfast's Shorts Brothers, has presented a business to plan to the Dutch government offering to buy Fokker if there is a substantial injection of state aid. Also yesterday, Fokker was given another four weeks' protection from creditors by a Dutch court.
