Brauch tribunal date announced

The Securities and Futures Authority has set a date for later this month for the disciplinary tribunal against Burkhard Brauch, the former Morgan Stanley trader behind the unauthorised trading scandal that resulted in a record fine for the investment house. The SFA said it is unclear whether Mr Brauch, whose whereabouts are unknown, will attend the proceedings.
