SOME anecdotal evidence comes Bunhill's way that the recession is over. A colleague telephoned Sri Siam, an agreeable Thai restaurant in the City, for a lunchtime reservation this week. 'Certainly sir', came the reply, 'but the only time we have available is 11.30am.'
