AS the BBC and ITV scramble to prepare dramas about Robert Maxwell, Channel 4 is considering a Howard Brenton play about BCCI. Stephen Fay, author of Portrait of an Old Lady, a book about the Bank of England, has been advising on the project. 'I wanted to play the Bank Governor myself,' Fay tells me. As for who should play the part of Agha Hasan Abedi, BCCI's founder, he suggests Imran Khan - 'to attract women viewers'.
