PASSING through White's Club in St James's, London, the other afternoon, I noticed four men reading newspapers. Glancing over the top of the first, I recognised Lord King. The neighbouring newspaper was being read by Andrew Parker-Bowles. Discretion forbade me from going for a hat-trick or a royal flush.
