Employees of Yorkshire Electricity can now complain about their bosses in a hundred different languages. They are up in arms at the way their chief executive, Malcolm Chatwin, has just awarded himself a pay rise of pounds 67,000 on top of his previous measly pounds 173,000 in the middle of severe job cuts. In fact, the only jobs going are for translators, who can now handle complaints from employees and customers.
