SIR Keith Speed MP was in good voice on Radio 4's Today programme the other morning, advocating the idea that British Rail could tender for the parts of its service that are privatised. What he did not say was, 'I am a director of, and a shareholder in, a public relations company, Westminster Communications, which represents the InterCity division of BR.' Shame.
