CANADA TOWER, the pinnacle of the Canary Wharf complex in London's docklands, is being floodlit at night during the holiday season, the first time it has been illuminated since the development company came out of administration last October. The lights go out on Thursday, but Canary Wharf is confident there will be further bright spots during the year. Other firms are expected to follow the Telegraph, Mirror Group Newspapers and London Underground there in 1994.
