Year to 31 March
Creighton's Naturally, which makes toiletries and soaps, lifted pre-tax profits to pounds 1.1m ( pounds 1m). Eps 14.2p (13.9p). Total dividend is 7.7p (7.3p).
VHE Holdings, the civil engineer, rose to pounds 3.8m ( pounds 2.9m) pre-tax profit, on a 36 per cent increase in turnover to pounds 26.1m. Eps 8p (6.5p). Total dividend is 3.8p.
Year to 30 April
AIM Group, the aircraft equipment maker, has seen a 71 per cent decline in pre-tax profits to pounds 1m ( pounds 3.5m). Eps 4.2p (17.9p). Total dividend is 4.5p (7.5p).
Batleys, the cash-and-carry wholesalers, fell to pounds 5.7m ( pounds 6.5m) pre-tax profit. Eps 25.04p (28.06p).
Brasway, maker of hydraulic hoses and end fittings, increased pre-tax profits to pounds 910,000 ( pounds 776,000). Eps 1.04p (0.69p). Total dividend is 0.53p (0.51p).
Bucknall Group, which provides services to the construction industry, turned around from pounds 1.3m taxable loss to pounds 236,000 pre-tax profit. Eps 0.2p (Lps 10.5p).
Nobo Group almost doubled pre- tax profits from pounds 1.27m to pounds 2.52m. Eps rose to 15.59p (8.15p). Total dividend is 6p (4p).
Half-year to 30 June
Carlisle Group, property services firm, achieved pounds 1m pre-tax profit (loss pounds 337,000). Eps 1.2p (Lps 0.8p). Dividend is 0.25p.
Grosvenor Development Capital reduced taxable losses to pounds 170,000 ( pounds 206,000). Lps 1.89p (1.91p).
