Aspen Communications pre-tax profit pounds 1.3m ( pounds 900,000). Dividend 2p unchanged.

John I Jacobs pre-tax profit pounds 46,000 ( pounds 3.4m). Dividend 0.5p unchanged.

Others:

Abbey pre-tax profit Ir pounds 2.65m (Ir pounds 1.55m) in year to end-April. Final dividend 2p (1p).

TR City of London Trust net asset value 133.64p, up 18.5 per cent year to end-June. Total dividend 4.8p.

Flagstone Holdings pre-tax loss pounds 730,000 (loss pounds 2.5m) year to end-January. No dividend.
