Kelt Energy returned to profit in the six months to 30 September with pre-tax profits of pounds 629,000 (loss pounds 4.89m). Earnings per share 0.4p (loss 9.6p).

Aberforth Split is paying an interim dividend of 4p (same). Nav 193.6p (197.5p) at 31 December.

Dudley Jenkins Group made pounds 383,000 ( pounds 254,000) in the six months to 31 October. Interim dividend 1p (1.35p).
