Pochin's fell to pounds 1.5m ( pounds 2.5m) pre- tax profit in the year to 31 May. EPS 100.2p (167.6p). Total dividend is 29p (same).

Prestwick had a pounds 4m taxable loss (profit pounds 91,000) for year to 31 July. LPS 19.8p (0.5p). Total dividend 0.5p (1.5p).

Year to 30 June

Galliford dropped to pounds 412,000 ( pounds 3m) pre-tax profit. EPS 0.33p (2.37p). Total dividend is 1p (4.4p).

MR Data Management pre-tax profit pounds 8.8m ( pounds 8.2m). EPS 10.6p (same). Total dividend 5.19p (4.32p).

Merival Moore cut pre-tax losses to pounds 939,000 ( pounds 23.6m). A tax credit of pounds 2.7m ensured earnings per share of 12.9p (LPS 164.5p).

Renishaw fell to pounds 7.1m ( pounds 9.1m) pre- tax profit. EPS 10.3p (13.1p). Total dividend is held at 6.5p.

Half-year to 30 June

Abbeycrest reduced pre-tax losses to pounds 345,000 ( pounds 739,000). LPS 1p (2.1p). Dividend 1.2p (same).

Beradin Holdings increased pre- tax profits to pounds 249,000 ( pounds 167,000). EPS 0.9p (0.59p). No dividend.

Clark Nickolls & Coombs made pounds 141,000 pre-tax profit (loss pounds 218,000). EPS 0.68p (LPS 1.02p).

Lamont Holdings boosted pre-tax profits to pounds 4.05m ( pounds 2.2m). EPS 8.48p (5.61p). Dividend 3.5p.

Martin International Holdings incurred pounds 270,000 taxable loss (profit pounds 142,000). LPS 1.6p (0.2p). Dividend is 0.4p (1.7p).
