Fairway, provider of printing services, lifted pre-tax profits to £2.9m (£2.2m) for year ended 31 December. EPS 6.16p (4.79p). Total dividend 3.6p (3.35p).

Leslie Wise, the textile merchants, achieved £2.9m (£2.5m) pre-tax profits in year to 30 November. EPS 5.56p (4.74p). Total dividend 4.25p (4p).

Oliver Group, footwear retailer, leapt to £1.6m (£244,000) pre-tax profit for year ended 31 December. EPS 6.05p (1.49p). Total dividend is 1p.

Frank Usher, the dress maker, increased pre-tax profits to £11.5m (£9.2m) in six months to 30 November. EPS 9.9p (6p). Dividend is 3.5p (2.5p).
