Exchanges meet

THE HEADS of eight European stock exchanges met in London yesterday for a second round of talks aimed at creating a pan-European stock exchange,.

The meeting was part of a continuing consultation between the exchanges, a London Stock Exchange spokeswoman said. However, there was no comment on the outcome of the meeting.
