Eyecare accepts pounds 13.3m offer

EYECARE PRODUCTS, the spectacle and sunglasses maker, has accepted an offer of 15p a share in cash from Kappa, a French company part-owned by one of Eyecare's directors. The bid values the company at pounds 13.29m.
