UNITED Technologies, the US-based multinational with extensive defence and aircraft interests, is to plead guilty to fraud charges and pay dollars 6m ( pounds 3m) in fines to settle a US Justice Department suit stemming from the five-year 'Ill Wind' Pentagon procurement investigation.
