GILLETTE is to form a joint venture with the Shanghai Razor Blade Factory, China's leading blade maker. Gillette, which will own 70 per cent of the venture, and Shanghai, which will hold 30 per cent, are initially investing dollars 29.5m ( pounds 15m) in the project.
