A SURVEY by the Federation of Small Businesses says the recession is now a slump and will affect the economy for at least another two years. More than 47 per cent of respondents last week expected no improvement in their annual turnover until at least the end of 1994, and 8 per cent saw no glimmer of hope until the next general election.
