GENERAL Motors has appointed new 10 new executives at its Worldwide Purchasing Group in the first big reorganisation of the group since the controversial departure of Ignacio Lopez de Arriortua, its former purchasing chief, to Volkswagen in March. The executives will report to Richard Wagoner, GM's executive vice- president of worldwide purchasing and chief financial officer.
