LADBROKE GROUP, the leisure operator, yesterday announced plans to build a new Hilton hotel in Moscow.
The upmarket, luxury hotel, to be located minutes from Red Square and the Kremlin, will be the first Hilton in Russia. Moscow's populist mayor Yuri Luzhkov, came to London from the Labour Party's annual conference in Blackpool to sign a protocol with Ladbroke allowing the pounds 31m project to go ahead.
