Computer group ICL signalled its aims in Europe's cut throat PC market yesterday when it unveiled several new products including the PCTV, a combined computer and television. ICL, 84 per cent owned by Fujitsu of Japan, also announced pretax earnings of £28.4m for 1994, up from £23.4m in 1993, on marginally higher turnover of £2.655bn.
