BAA directors' pounds 373,000 windfall

Two directors of BAA, the airport group, yesterday made pounds 373,000 by exercising share options. Richard Everitt, who made pounds 185,000, and Michael Hodgkinson, with pounds 188,000, also sold more than three-quarters of the shares acquired with the options.
