Boeing, the US aircraft manufacturer, said it had increased its world market share over the first half of the year with 149 new orders for planes worth more than $12bn. Last year, the Seattle-based company received 120 orders. This year's orders do not include the deal announced last week by the ILF leasing company for 54 planes worth $2.25bn.
