Charlie Brown goes for £19m

Montinex has bought the Charlie Browns Autocentres chain of tyres and exhaust centres covering the North of England for £19m from Kingfisher. Charlie Browns has 75 sites, and Montinex already owns the southern- based Chessington Tyres chain.
