Radar for the next century

Daimler-Benz said it was in talks with Britain's GEC and Thomson-CSF, of France, about co-operating on developing a radar system for the next generation of aircraft. to succeed the Eurofighter 2000. GEC already makes the radar for Eurofighter, being built by a consortium that includes British Aerospace.
