Inchcape, the international services and marketing group best-known for importing and distributing cars, yesterday announced boardroom changes designed to split operational and strategic responsibilities. Charles Mackay, chief executive, has also been appointed deputy chairman. Philip Cushing, an executive director, becomes group managing director.
