THE British Hydromechanics Research (BHR) Group in Cranfield has set up a jetting technology centre to co-ordinate European R & D projects concerned with the use of water jets for cutting and cleaning metals and other materials. Projects will including the decommissioning of ordnance and nuclear equipment, removal of marine growths, and the maceration of municipal waste.
