Next - a photo booth that does not take 10 minutes to deliver wet and tacky photographs. The French company Soft is looking for UK distributors for its booth, which it says is the first to use video and thermal imaging rather than chemicals to produce photographs.
According to Soft, this cuts developing time to 90 seconds from three to four minutes; photos are dry on arrival and can safely be handled immediately. There is no need for a flash - and therefore no risk of overexposure - and the pictures appear on two mini-television screens in the booth, enabling users to choose their favourites before developing.
