Italian sell-off

The Italian Treasury's sale of a third block of shares in state-owned energy group ENI will take place between June 23 and 27. The prospectus for the sale will be delivered on Monday to stock market regulators Consob, according to reports. The Treasury has yet to decided how much of ENI to sell.
