Jobs created in private sector

Private businesses created almost 350,000 full-time and nearly 19,000 part-time jobs in the last 12 months, according to the latest quarterly survey by the Forum of Private Business (FPB). Of the 3,182 companies surveyed in the first three months of 1995, some 41 per cent said they were expanding.
