LLP spends pounds 7.7m on magazines

LLP, the publisher of Lloyd's List, has spent pounds 7.7m to buy 13 specialist publications. The publisher bought 12 trade magazines from Armstrong International for pounds 6.3m. In a separate deal, LLP also bought Building Law Reports from a Pearson subsidiary for pounds 1.4m.
