Adidas shuts down homophobic Valentine's Day commenters on Instagram
Unfortunately not everyone was positive about the ad campaign in the comments

Adidas had the perfect response to commenters who took offense to its Valentine's Day post.
Adidas celebrated Valentine's Day with a photo of the bottom half of a same-sex couple, wearing identical Adidas trainers, leaning towards one another in what appeared to be an embrace.
The caption said: “The love you take is equal to the love you make.”
Unfortunately not everyone was positive about the ad campaign in the comments.
"Shame on you Adidas!" one person wrote. "I'm going to Nike now."
But Adidas had the perfect reply, using emoji to kiss and wave goodbye to haters.
When someone said Valentine's Day was for a boy and a girl, not for lesbians, Adidas replied:
"No, this day is for LOVE. Happy Valentine's Day."
Several people on Twitter said they were more inclined to buy Adidas in light of the ad.
Six months ago, Adidas discovered the power of the LGBT community with a "pride pack" series of designs that took inspiration from the rainbow flag.
