Rovio, the developer of the Angry Birds game for mobile phones, is looking at an initial public offering in the US.
The Finland-based group said that the specific timing and details for an IPO in New York, which was first revealed in an interview with a Finnish business magazine, were still open.
The company raised $42m (£26m) from investors last week.
