Online fashion retailer Asos has turned to Marks & Spencer for again by hiring former finance director Ian Dyson.
Ian Dyson, 51, who also led the demerger of Punch Taverns in 2011, is joining Asos as senior independent director in October, making him the latest recruit from M&S.
His former colleague, Kate Bostock, the high street giant’s ex-head of general merchandise, left her role of executive director of product and trading at Asos in July after just seven months.
