No alarm at Toad

TOAD, the car-alarm company, will return to the black in the current half-year after doubling turnover to pounds 9m and halving losses to pounds 2.1m in the year to 31 March. Toad announced a pounds 3m contract with Royal & SunAlliance, and two more acquisitions, paying pounds 750,000 for Foxguard and pounds 90,000 for the UK arm of Code Alarms.
