PIA fines Kestrel

KESTREL FINANCIAL Management has been reprimanded and ordered to pay a fine of pounds 85,000 for compliance failings, the Personal Investment Authority (PIA) has announced. The company was also ordered to pay the PIA's costs of pounds 16,000.
