Pony stabbed by 'ripper'

The 'horse ripper' who attacked animals across the country earlier this year is believed to have struck again after a pony was discovered with severe internal lacerations at stables in Upminster, east London.

The 15-year-old Shetland pony, which was repeatedly stabbed in the hind quarters, is not expected to survive.
