OFFICIALS of the Group of Seven industrialised nations have begun talks in Hong Kong by putting aid for Russia's floundering reforms at the top of the agenda.
Boris Fyodorov, the Russian deputy Prime Minister, was due to brief the officials today on the problems facing his country and its needs from the West. The officials are preparing the groundwork for a G7 summit in July.
