THE LORD Mayor of London, Francis McWilliams, has voiced fears for small businesses after the Unlisted Securities Market is closed. He told a City meeting of the Institute of Directors that the USM had been a useful 'half-way house' for companies going public but not wishing to obtain a full stock market listing.
