USERS of personal computers can tune in to their favourite radio stations and wake up or drift off to the sound of music by inserting a pounds 50 card into their machine.

The Radio Track addition uses either an existing speaker built into the p/c or can be played through external stereo speakers or headphones. It can be preset to as many as 10 station frequencies, and will wake up computer operators with an alarm function or see them off to sleep with a slumber setting that turns itself off.

'Radio Track is an innovative product that can either be useful or just fun, depending on your needs,' said Richard Sales of Micro Price Direct, which supplies the system.

'Users can keep up to date with the latest news, travel and weather bulletins at the office, or merely while away their hours at home.'
