A TCI shareholder has begun a legal action seeking to block the company's proposed $48bn (pounds 29bn) takeover of the US cable operator by AT&T.
In papers filed on Wednesday in the Delaware Chancery Court, shareholder Hernando Nieto accused the nine TCI directors of "unfair dealing." for agreeing a deal which allegedly discriminates against A class shareholders.
