JOHN TEELING, the chairman of CountyGlen, has promised to announce a deal to save the Irish property group's stock market listing, after surviving attempts to oust him at Wednesday's shareholders' meeting.
Despite the opposition of T Cowie, the motor dealer that owns 10 per cent of CountyGlen's shares, and north London businessman Lewis Davis, Teeling was re-elected by two votes to one. An even larger majority approved the sale of the group's Dublin property.
