Tracker rides high on MBO offer
SHARES IN car security company Tracker Network jumped 23 per cent to 645p yesterday after the company said it had received a management buyout offer.
Tracker, which provides electronic systems allowing vehicles to be traced it they are stolen, said it had received an indicative offer of 670p a share, valuing the company at around pounds 37m.
