Trade boost

PLANS for a North American free trade bloc have been given a boost by the first-ever meeting between the US President- elect Bill Clinton and Mexico's President, Carlos Salinas de Gortari. The two held 45 minutes of talks which covered the free trade issue, mutual problems and US foreign policy.
