The trial of Elizabeth Forsyth, the former aide to Asil Nadir, has been put back almost a month. It is now scheduled to start on 12 February, rather than the original date, 16 January. Mrs Forsyth has been charged on two counts of handling stolen cash, worth nearly pounds 400,000, in 1989. She denies the charges.
