Tiphook shares fell 4p to 36p after a trust in which chief executive Robert Montague is a beneficiary sold 410,000 for an average 41p. Mr Montague, who lives on an estate at Pusey, Oxfordshire (above), said he would not gain as they were sold to meet the trust's expenses.
