US growth 'to stay at 2.5 per cent'
The OECD said the US would continue to grow at 2.5 per cent next year. In its annual report on the US economy, the OECD said the current account deficit would run at $171bn in 1995, or 2.5 per cent of GDP, but would edge down in 1996 as import demand grew more slowly.
