UNION International, the privately owned foods group under the Vestey umbrella, has put another 180 butchers shops up for sale.

The group has already sold 500 of its 1,200 shops, which trade under the Dewhurst, Matthew's, Baxter's and other names, since it began restructuring in early 1992.
