Apologies to the entrepeneur Richard Branson, whose Virgin 1215 radio station celebrated its first birthday yesterday. We said last week that the rock music station has fewer listeners than radio 3. That was true last year, but its audience of 3.25 million is now nearly 500,000 higher than that of Radio 3.
